Will has invested in and sold real estate over the last 25 years in markets like Charleston, SC, Park City, UT, Austin, TX, and Costa Rica. He is convinced El Salvador is the next undiscovered gem.

Will  has spent the last 25 years in alternative asset consulting, real estate sales, and management, helping tens of thousands of individual investors diversify and manage alternative asset holdings including real estate, offshore investments, precious metals, bitcoin and crypto assets, private equity, commodities and more.  He brings a wealth of knowledge to diversified financial planning. Will is also bilingual with English and Spanish!

Paul Pendergrass is in El Salvador combining the personal and professional lessons and successes he has experienced since birth in South Texas. Raised in El Paso, Texas, and being the son of a Mexican mother, the Latin culture is in his blood, and it eased the decision to move to El Salvador during this very special time.

At Texas Christian University, Paul majored in finance w/ a real estate emphasis and minored in energy tech & management, leading to 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Working at various real estate companies around Texas, and investing in residential properties in DFW and commercial properties around Texas and Florida, Paul has gained valuable insight and knowledge that has helped him navigate and transition into the rapidly evolving El Salvador market.

A shift of the global consciousness in 2020 resulted in Paul turning his focus onto health and international sovereignty. After a few years of travel and research, coinciding with El Salvador making the turnaround of the century, Paul became a Salvadoran resident at the end of last year. By the Grace of God, the vision of an international real estate company has morphed with a beachfront property HQ and community space, and he couldn’t be more elated for what’s to come.

Dylan Bykowski grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida, where days on the water shaped almost every part of his life. Surfing with his twin brother, boating with family, and spending time on the coast gave him not only a love for the ocean but also a sense of community built around it. That same pull of the waves is what first brought him to El Salvador, chasing surf and adventure that quickly turned into something deeper at Playa Cocal.

While studying Advertising at the University of Florida, Dylan started to see how creativity and business could work hand in hand. When he first joined Club Cocal as an intern, it felt like a chance to merge those skills with the lifestyle he loved. What began as helping out on the ground soon grew into a larger role, where he now works on shaping the brand, telling its story, and connecting people with the vision behind it.

For Dylan, Club Cocal isn’t just a project, it’s become a community he’s proud to be a part of. His goal is to help it grow in a way that stays true to the community and people that make it special. Rooted in his passion for the ocean and an entrepreneurial spirit, Dylan is focused on building something lasting, where guests, locals, and investors can all feel like they’re part of the same story.

Wilson, founder of Diamond Real Estate, was born in El Salvador and fled to the United States at a young age. After decades in the U.S., he returned home with a fresh perspective and a deep appreciation for how much the country has evolved. Today, he’s dedicated to helping others discover the beauty and opportunity that exists across El Salvador’s coastline and mountain regions. With years of experience finding and negotiating properties, Wilson has built a strong reputation for uncovering hidden gems and guiding clients through every step of the process.

We first connected with Wilson through Facebook—what started as a simple conversation quickly turned into a shared vision for El Salvador’s future. His passion for the land, his honesty in business, and his understanding of local communities made him the perfect fit for what we’re building at Club Cocal. Now, Wilson leads the charge in finding incredible real estate opportunities for our developments and clients, helping us bridge local insight with global investment. Wilson is also bilingual with English and Spanish!

Jessica Henriquez is a dedicated real estate agent with Club Cocal. She focuses on providing personalized service and guiding clients through every step of the process—from the first property visit to the closing of the deal. Passionate about helping others find their ideal home or best investment opportunity, Jessica takes pride in offering professional and attentive support. She also holds a diploma in the Prevention System for Money Laundering (LA/FT/FPADM), specializing in compliance practices within the real estate industry.
